My Running and Instagram Challenge With Avid Richesider

10 day challenge is absolutely not exempt from certain basic rules of sustainable healthy weight loss. A typical sustainable weight reduction dynamic is about 1 pound per week, which means 500-1000 calorie deficit per day (5). Rapid weight reduction is considered extremely unhealthy, so drastic dietary restriction is definitely not an advisable option for long term steady weight reduction. If your goal is long term sustainable weight reduction, you should probably stick to a moderate diet initially until you are able to start stalling the body's metabolic rate with exercise. Rapid loss should be avoided in this case, even if you happen to be on a diet. Even if you achieve your goal weight, the process will be very discouraging and likely not sustainable.

So now you know that you should not lose more than about a half-gram per day of total weight (in Pounds Sterling). You have decided to try out a 10 day challenge diet plan. How much should you realistically eat per day? This depends on your height and age as well as your activity level.

Let's take the 10 day challenge in a different perspective; if you are underweight or obese, can you still follow the program successfully without starving yourself? Actually, there are some tricks that can be applied when you reduce your calories, especially in the first two weeks. By reducing your intake of both carbs and fats, your blood sugar level should remain stable. You will also need to burn some calories during the cardio session, and your body will need to learn how to cope with the increased demands put on it by the increased number of calories.

One trick that you could use to speed up your fat burning rate is to post a pic on Instagram, or some other format that allows you to display your food (as opposed to Instagram). When you do this, the Instagram interface will automatically adjust the size of your image to fit the Instagram profile page. You can also do this for any of your Instagram friends, and if you don't have one yet, this will help to create awareness in the meantime! The advantage of this trick is that you will be able to see immediately the impact of the reduced carbs and fats in your body, and this should encourage you even further to continue and increase your intake of healthy foods.

Another great trick that can be used to boost your ketones levels is to perform long workouts in a very low intensity state for 10 days. Doing the same workout but in a higher intensity state will cause your body to burn more calories at a faster rate. If this seems too good to be true, trust me that it is! Most professional athletes use the 10 day's challenge as an example of how to make sure that they're eating a healthy diet whilst performing high intensity workouts.

The final trick that I'm going to show you involves an interesting twist on an old regime that some people still try to use every day: fasting. The problem with this is that if you're going to fast, you must have a steady and predictable drinking schedule. For most people, this means tea, or juice, but it doesn't have to be! The great thing about doing a 10 day challenge on Instagram is that there are various Instagram workouts that can be done without drinking anything at all. The trick is to make sure that every day of the challenge you drink a significant amount of water. It's important to do this because dehydration will severely reduce the effectiveness of your workouts.

The trick that I'm going to use is something I learnt after watching one of the most enlightening YouTube videos on fitness, and that's how to get your Instagram profile photo to look like a "jet ski". This is achieved by taking two different photographs of yourself and then uploading the two to the Instagram site. The first photo should be taken whilst drinking a large quantity of water (about a litre or so). The second should be taken just a few minutes before you eat a meal, but after you've already drunk your liquid intake. The reason why you want to do this is because your skin typically becomes dehydrated during and after strenuous exercise, as well as being highly sensitive to sugars after eating a meal. The jet ski effect will make your Instagram profile photo look very cool!

This was all part of my 10 day challenge with Avid Richesider. It's interesting that one of the things that J.Lo seems to hate most about being an actor is being fat. He probably doesn't even know what his problem is, but it looks like it comes from a sugar high after eating a big meal. If you're a runner or hiker, you'll know that you can easily sustain a sugary breakfast for hours without feeling hungry. Avid Richesider was great help to me, helping me get off my sugar high and have something to keep me motivated through my run.
